The School Management Committee, duly representing The Coimbatore Malayali Samajam, is the Governing Body of the School.
The School Management Committee consists of Chairman, Secretary, Vice Chairman, Joint Secretary, Treasurer and Committee Members.
The Principal is the Head of the Institution, duly appointed by the School Management Committee, to organise and execute the Development Programmes of the School.
